Geist Science publishes a purely open access quality peer-reviewed journals. Our journal content is hosted on Geist Science Online, where you can find the aims, scope and editorial board for each individual title.

Geist Science is partnering with a blend of young and leading scholars and researchers for publishing regional research in the developing countries. All together currently Geist Science is publishing three journals two are from the leading university of Pakistan. We are a startup publisher and in times to come, we want to publish in all areas of the Humanities, Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, Science, Technology and Medicine sectors and become one of the world’s leading publishers of scholarly journals, books, eBooks, text books and reference works.

Geist Science also provide cloud base journal management system, “Manuscript Editorial”. Manuscript Editorial is an online editorial system which aims to empower journal editors and conference heads to efficiently process the submission, review and publication of scholarly research

All work published by Geist Science is protected by the international copyright and intellectual property laws. In order to publish the scholarly work, Geist Science requires a written agreement from the author, this agreement allows the author to share, disseminate and adapt his scholarly published work with appropriate attribution to the Journal published by Geist Science.

Author’s Duties and Responsibilities

All submitted manuscripts must be the original work of the author/s with no evidence of plagiarism.
Authorship of the manuscript should only consist of authors who have significantly contributed in the research.
Authors are responsible to make sure that the same manuscript has not been submitted to any other journal concurrently.
Authors are required to properly and accurately acknowledge the work of anyone that they have cited in their manuscript.
Authors are required to clearly disclose and provide the names of any person or organization who has provided any financial support for their research and also explicitly declare any conflict of interest that may arise at the time or after the publication of their article.
Authors might be required to provide raw data which was collected for the manuscript to the editor and also agree to provide open access to such data, if necessary.

Editor’s Duties and Responsibilities

Editors are responsible to decide whether a submitted manuscript should be reviewed or published in the journal.
Editors are required to ensure the integrity of the review process and are responsible to keep the names of the reviewers and authors confidential from each other.
Editors must treat the submitted manuscripts as confidential documents and should not disclose any kind of information to anyone other than the corresponding author.
Editors or any of their staff are not allowed to use any material from the submitted manuscript for their own research without a written consent from the author.
Editors must keep the review process fair and should complete the publication process in line with the ethical complaints.

Reviewer’s Duties and Responsibilities

Reviewers are responsible to keep all information about the paper confidential as it is privileged information.
Reviewers must review the paper objectively without any criticism of the author.
Reviewers must clearly state their views with concrete supporting arguments.
Reviewers should submit the reviews within the deadline.
Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest regarding the paper that has been assigned to them for a review. It may include any type of competition, collaboration, or any other connection with any of the authors, individuals or organizations who are connected with the paper.

ARCHIVING POLICY

Geist Science has its own database for keeping a record of all published articles to be accessed by readers when required. Recently, we have collaborated with Tehqeeqat (A Research Indexing and Archiving Platform supported by Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan to publish the journal's content on their website for the ease of online users.

COMPLAINT POLICY

The complaints will be acknowledged within 10 working days, however, some issues may be complex and therefore require longer to be fully investigated.

Learning management system (LMS) is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, and delivery of educational courses, training programs, or learning and development programs.

Our Learning management systems is designed to identify training and learning gaps, utilizing analytical data and reporting. LMS are focused on online learning delivery but support a range of uses, acting as a platform for online content, including courses, both asynchronous based and synchronous based. Our LMS could be used to offer classroom management for instructor-led training or a flipped classroom, used in higher education.

PRE-SUBMISSION ENGLISH-LANGUAGE EDITING

Authors for whom English is a second language may choose to have their manuscript professionally edited before submission to improve the English. An independent editing service can be found at Language Lab. All services are paid for and arranged by the author, and use of this service does not guarantee acceptance or preference for publication.

ALL PAPERS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE ONLINE SYSTEM

IMPORTANT: All papers will be acknowledged on receipt by email and will receive a preliminary editorial review within four weeks. Papers of high interest will be sent out for external review. We aim to notify authors of acceptance, rejection or need for revision within four months of submission. Recently, due to the high volume of submissions and demands on referees, it may not always be possible to meet this target, but we aim to have your manuscript reviewed within six months.

Copyright Transfer Agreement If your paper is accepted, the author identified as the formal corresponding author for the paper will receive an email prompting them to complete the license agreement on behalf of all authors on the paper.
